- Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Ensure the generation of the artwork for the new products in launch in line with the local commercial and regulatory requirements and perform update of existing artwork for the text changes, technical changes, design changes and any other required revision;
- Ensure and check artwork content within expected timelines ruled by regulatory, pack site, marketing or commercial requirements;
- Manage the artwork communication with regulatory, packaging sites, supply and all interested function to provide information regarding the implementation/release timelines;
- Maintain updated the internal trackers and database for artwork and German file management
- Ensure the generation and publication of German files on national portal, in line with the national regulation;
- Bollini label generation and management on the national portal in line with local requirements.
- We offer a fixed term contract as a replacement for a maternity leave.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree and/ or 3 years of experience in AW labelling/packaging management in same role in Artwork; a combination of experience and/or education will be considered;
- Must possess following skills: accuracy, good communication/relationship skill, problem solving, planning and organization, result orientation;
- Good knowledge of Office suite;
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
