**LEGAL COUNSEL - COMPLIANCE 231**
Il/la nuovo/a collega, con esperienza consolidata e spendibile seniority, in possesso di ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese, con riporto diretto all’AD e supportato da team consolidato, verrà introdotto nella gestione consulenziale dei clienti. Costituisce plus l’essere in possesso di abilitazione alla professione forense.
- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND/ACTIVITIES**_
ll ruolo è focalizzato sull’ esecuzione proattiva e responsabile di attività consulenziali in supporto ai clienti con la capacità di sapere cogliere anche nuove opportunità di sviluppo. Sarà responsabile per la qualità del proprio lavoro e saprà supportare in modo positivo il management e gli interlocutori di riferimento, attraverso uno stile di comunicazione chiaro, empatico e professionale. _Main focus_:
- Definizione di modelli organizzativi, gestione e controllo ai sensi delle D.lgs. 231/2001
- Redazione autonoma di modelli parte generale, speciale e documentale
- Mappatura processi aziendali
- Analisi rischi reato ex D.lgs. 231/2001
- Capacità nella proposizione di adattamenti e aggiornamenti del modello organizzativo
- Supervisione all'osservanza e attuazione del Modello da parte dei destinatari
- Capacità di gestione contatti e relazione con stakeholders dell'azienda cliente
- Capacità nel cogliere le esigenze di conformità legale delle attività aziendali alle normative esterne e alle politiche interne
