If you are our new team member, you will play a pivotal role in the Milan Catalyst Brand Management team. This team is dedicated to:

- Humanising our brand through our position and partnerships in youth culture - influential people, communities, and entities from the worlds of music and art, design, fashion, sneaker culture, sport* and new language of sport* and more.
- Humanising our brand through relationships with cultural catalyst, that create the future of sport* and energise the business and brand
- Engaging visionary members with future forward Catalyst concepts and ideas which reimagines the future of sport*
- Owning targeted creative (and extensions) to specific catalyst city needs
- Fueling our Global and European engine with sharp, relevant insights that can seed new and future ideas

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for a skilled relationship professional with a profound understanding and passion for Milan's lifestyle culture, fashion and design scene, and connections within Milan's cultural movers They are catalyst guardians who are curious, opportunists, communicators, explorers, futurists, and strategic connectors. They live in a fluid world, permeating subcultures, trans versing zeitgeist, building connections. They see unique opportunities to take risks, expand perception and advance the notion of sport culture through thought provoking intersections with catalysts.

WHAT YOU WORK ON
- Identifying, tiering, driving, and maintaining a powerful network and portfolio of cultural catalysts in Milan, Energizing the brand and Creating the Future of Sport* to respond to specific strategic functional priorities.
- Supporting The CBM director in landing RL priorities that support the business, fueling functional and city concept map priorities.
- Providing outstanding service and brand management for all Catalyst relationships, collaborating with CBM RL junior professionals, OPS function, and Marketing partners
- Supporting, mentoring, and coaching professional II relationships holders.
- Creating, based on key Catalyst's insights, Catalyst long-term journeys that support the business and the Brand, creating a solid legacy of Nike in the city, especially in the vibrant landscape of Milan's fashion and design.
- Overseeing all aspects of Catalyst relationship projects - end to end, including contracts, product development, Marketing, and communications.
- Gathering structured and continuous Catalyst insights to allow us to better serve city members in Milan and to feed back to EMEA/Global to help develop longer-term & seasonal concepts with a strong focus on Milan's dynamic fashion and design scene.

WHO YOU WORK WITH

You will be part of the Milan Catalyst Brand Management function, reporting directly to the Catalyst Director and will work with the Catalyst Brand Management team in Milan, EMEA and Global, always with a growth mindset to contribute towards a World-class team

Being the CBM representative and partner in crime to cross functional collaboration which involve Catalyst journeys. You will work cross functionally in Milan office, particularly with the Brand Management function and Brand Creative Studio, but also with key partners such as sports marketing and SCI, aligning on roles & responsibilities, to bring your Catalyst relationships and brand management plans to life.

You will be responsible to build strong external relationships with key catalysts in the city and maintain grow those Relationships.

The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You must be consistently collaborative and open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years' experience in seeking, servicing, and leveraging external relationships.
- Experience working with or for Cultural industries (Entertainment, Fashion, Art, Design, Wellness, Sport) with ideally a strong focus on cross-functional marketing.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
