**Posizione**:
We are looking for a **Show Room Manager** for our brand Moon Boot.

Dual role taking care of both Moon Boot's Milan Showroom, and supporting Moon Boot’s Sales Team in all activities in the UK, Middle East and Scandinavia.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the role will be:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Showroom (Showroom Set up, Showroom maintenance, logistics of seasonal collections, catering);
- Supporting Moon Boot’s Sales Team in all activities in the UK, Middle East and Scandinavia as per the below:

- Implementation of the strategic business plan set by the general manager in the dedicated territory;
- Ensuring the development of the sales in defining and discussing budgets along growth objectives with key partners;
- Market visits to propose and discuss the distribution strategies within the territory in accordance with the brand's positioning;
- Develop new and existing business and maintain key relationships with wholesale accounts;
- Define trade terms in alignment with the turnover and margin targets;
- Manage the sales campaign for the territory from the Milan showroom;
- Work closely with customer service and finance team monitoring shipments and payments to ensure delivery flow throughout the season;
- Assisting the buying process of the wholesale partners to ensure a qualitative representation of the brand;
- Stock Analysis of partners and in-season replenishments;
- Weekly Sell Through analysis of key players and seasonal market performance analysis of the entire network;
- Execute staff training with key accounts and visual merchandising;
- Ensure to maximise brand exposure and define brand positioning within each POS;
- Support and update customer mapping and internal CRM systems;
- Identify market trends and provide qualitative feedback on the collection to support the product team;
- Support marketing in regional activations such as pop up and events;
**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or similar;
- Proven successful experience of at least 5 years in sales management role in a fashion company;
- Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations;
- Extensive product knowledge;
- Sales-oriented and excellent commercial negotiation skills;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Strong written and verbal skills in English, additional languages welcome;
