**General Services Assistant - Categorie Protette**:
Stiamo cercando un/a General Services Assistant per attività segretariali ed amministrative per la nostra sede di Maranello, appartenente alle categorie protette.
La persona avrà il compito di garantire l’adeguatezza e l’efficienza della gestione e organizzazione dei servizi generali dell’Azienda.
Di cosa ti occuperai?
Attività di reception (centralino, accoglienza ospiti, registrazione ingressi, etc.)
Supporto logistico (servizi postali interni, prenotazioni per trasferte nazionali, parco auto, commissioni esterne, etc.)
Approvvigionamento della distribuzione di materiale di consumo aziendali
Supporto nelle attività di manutenzione immobili, gestione di spazi e arredi, contratti di locazione e relative utenze
Attività di presidio della sede e gestione delle attività di BackOffice del team
Presenza in sede 5/5 su Maranello
Cosa vorremmo trovare in te?
Diploma o Laurea
Buone doti organizzative e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
Buone capacità nell'individuare le priorità
Capacità negoziali e apertura al confronto interpersonale
Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Disponibilità immediata
