- Your Challenge

For our new plant next opening in Cerreto d'Esi (Italy), R&D Project Manager will responsible for:

- Manage project for new product developments
- Time, budget and risk assessment within development projects
- Transfer development results in production series
- Train production staff in new processes, products
- Evaluate test results and documentation of test reports
- Coordinate projects developments with internal and external partners (i.e., research institutes, universities)
- Your Profile

**Education**:University degree as bachelor/ master or higher preferably in chemical engineering or comparable

**Experience**:min. 3-5 yrs work experience as engineer

**Language skills**: fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

**Required skills**: high communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all levels; familiar with MS Office, preferably SAP

**Competencies**: background in chemical, process engineering or comparable, preferred in membrane filtration; Project Management competence.
