**Quali saranno le tue funzioni ?**
Come Warehouse Lead, sarai responsabile di supervisionare la tua squadra nel turno assegnatoti e tutte le operazioni di consegna. Gestirai un piccolo team di operatori di magazzino, e anche subappaltatori (personale di agenzia interinale, corrieri ), e ti assicurerai che tutti gli ordini vengano processati in maniera efficiente. Tra le vari compiti, dovrai:
- Assicurare un’eccellenza operativa, lavorando insieme al team (scaricando e caricando pacchi, smistando, preparando ordini, ecc );
- Motivare, organizzare e incoraggiare il lavoro del team per garantire la produttività e raggiungere gli obiettivi di gruppo;
- Operare con un approccio di miglioramento continuo;
- Supportare nelle attività amministrative del magazzino;
- Elaborare reports e statistiche quotidiane, settimanali e mensili;
- Sviluppare forti relazioni con i partner;
- Far rispettare le regole di salute e sicurezza nel luogo di lavoro;
- Pianificare i tragitti per i driver usando il sistema interno di Paack (per il quale si riceverà formazione adeguata)
- Monitorare le performance e condurre revisioni costanti con le nostre flotte associate.
**Cosa cerchiamo ?**
- Abilità nel risolvere problemi;
- Esperienza nel magazzino;
- Buona comunicazione e competenze come team leader;
- Attenzione al dettaglio;
- Conoscenza di Excel, Word, e WMS systems;
- Italiano madrelingua. Sarà valutata positivamente anche la conoscenza dello spagnolo e/o dell'inglese.
