Per una storica e strutturata realtà multinazionale multibusiness, siamo alla ricerca di un **TECHNICAL SALES**.

La persona, sarà a diretto riporto del Direttore Commerciale e si occuperà delle attività di preparazione e sviluppo della documentazione técnica di gara e sviluppo di offerte per la manutenzione ad impianti tecnologici o di processo per commesse, pubbliche o private.
- Quali responsabilità avrà la persona nel ruolo?_
- Studiare ed analizzare la documentazione técnica di gara;
- studiare la fattibilità técnica ed economica e analizzare Costi/Benefici e Rischiosità;
- dialogare con i colleghi delle operations e con gli eventuali studi esterni di progettazione ingaggiati;
- mantenere i rapporti con i fornitori o con l’ufficio acquisti interno per la richiesta e la valutazione di offerte tecniche ed economiche necessarie alla corretta interpretazione della documentazione di gara ed allo sviluppo dell’offerta;
- valutare e proporre ottimizzazioni tecniche, value engineering, varianti migliorative ed evidenzia probabili criticità;
- elaborare le analisi di costo e di tempo;
- sviluppare l’offerta economica e gli allegati tecnici a corredo del preventivo;
- eseguire sopralluoghi in cantiere quando necessario.
- Quali sono i requisiti necessari?_
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nella progettazione o preventivazione di attività di **Global Service, facility management o di manutenzione di impianti civili, industriali e produttivi**;
- preferibile Laurea ad indirizzo meccanico/termotecnico;
- spiccate doti relazionali su diversi livelli;
- conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello intermedio.
