**Informazioni sul lavoro** ‍

All'interno dei nostri Warehouses, siamo responsabili della supervisione delle operazioni di magazzino e di consegna. Contiamo su squadre di magazzinieri e driver per garantire che tutti gli ordini vengano evasi in modo efficiente, tempestivo e proficuo.

Ci occupiamo della pianificazione delle rotte utilizzando il software interno di Paack, i KPIs e l'analisi generale dei dati, al fine di garantire al nostro cliente finale la migliore esperienza possibile.

**Quali saranno le tue funzioni?**

Come Warehouse Lead, sarai responsabile di supervisionare il tuo team nel turno assegnatoti e tutte le operazioni di consegna. In particolare dovrai:

- Assicurare un’eccellenza operativa, lavorando insieme al team e mettendoti in gioco se necessario (es. scaricando e caricando pacchi, smistando, preparando ordini, ecc.);
- Motivare, organizzare e incoraggiare il lavoro del team per garantire la produttività e raggiungere gli obiettivi di gruppo;
- Operare con un approccio di miglioramento continuo;
- Occuparti dell'attività relative al cross-docking;
- Supportare nelle attività amministrative del magazzino;
- Elaborare reports quotidiani, settimanali e mensili;
- Sviluppare forti relazioni con i Partner;
- Risolvere eventuali problematiche con il cliente;
- Occuparsi dei resi;
- Assicurare che il personale del magazzino rispetti le regole di salute e sicurezza nel luogo di lavoro;
- Pianificare i tragitti per i driver usando il nostro software interno (per il quale si riceverà formazione adeguata);
- Monitorare le performance e condurre revisioni costanti.

**Cosa cerchiamo?**
- Abilità nel risolvere problemi;
- Esperienza in logística, soprattutto nella supervisione di un turno;
- Doti di leadership;
- Proattività;
- Capacità comunicative;
- Attenzione al dettaglio;
- Conoscenza di Excel, Word, e WMS systems;
- Italiano madrelingua. Sarà valutata positivamente anche la conoscenza dello spagnolo e/o dell'inglese.
