Creative Content Manager

**Azienda**:
Brand italiano nel settore dell'hospitality.
- Partecipazione all'elaborazione della strategia marketing annuale, con particolare attenzione all'evoluzione di identity e allo sviluppo di contenuti hero per sostenere lo storytelling di brand;
- Definizione e codifica degli elementi di brand storytelling, nonché nella realizzazione di guidelines (sia ad uso interno che esterno) e del loro aggiornamento in base agli sviluppi del progetto e delle piattaforme di comunicazione;
- Partecipazione all'ideazione di progetti speciali con particolare attenzione al racconto e ai contenuti collegati;
- Ideazione ed esecuzione della linea editoriale su tutti i social del brand, nonché della realizzazione dei contenuti occupandosi in prima persona della parte testuale;
- Lavorare insieme al team per la realizzazione di materiale di marketing per il brand per ingaggiare ospiti e prospect, ideando esperienze e oggetti (digitali e fisici) e supervisionandone la produzione.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- 2-3 anni di esperienza come creativo/copy o social media manager in agenzia o startup;
- Ti affascina l'hospitality e hai una genuina curiosità riguardo a come cambia il modo in cui le persone fanno esperienze e le condividono;
- Sei copywriter dentro perché ti piace leggere prima che scrivere, e hai una grande sensibilità visiva;
- Le piattaforme social sono casa tua: capisci istintivamente le differenze di linguaggio tra Facebook, Instagram e TikTok;
- Hai un approccio hands on: che sia digitale o fisico, il tuo focus è su quello che porta valore vero all'esperienza del cliente/ospite;
- Hai coraggio e proattività: stiamo costruendo qualcosa che non esisteva, abbiamo sempre bisogno di idee;
- Sei un aggregatore: sei a tuo agio nell'interazione, con membri del team, colleghi e ospiti;
- Ti piace imparare, molto e da chiunque.
