**Job Summary**: As the Group IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading Group IT projects, manage related infrastructure and operations while overseeing the overall IT strategy. Your primary goal will be to ensure the effective and efficient use of technology to support our business objectives and provide a competitive advantage. The Group IT Manager will report to the Group Chief Operating Officer.

**Responsibilities**:
1. IT Project Management:

- Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting business requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

2. IT Infrastructure and Operations:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT Group infrastructure and cloud services.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.

3. IT Governance and Compliance:

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for Group hardware, software, and service providers.
- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Enforce cybersecurity measures to protect the company's information assets and systems.

4. IT Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive innovation and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the business.

5. Team Leadership:

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork across Group companies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, preferably in a multinational organization or IT consulting company.
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT project in multinational context ensuring their success.
- Skill developed preferably in the following’s domains: Microsoft 365 platform such as Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent IT delivery leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels cross Group countries.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €60.000,00 - €70.000,00 all'anno
