**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- As Digital Product Coordinator, your main goal is to be responsible for the coordination of E-comm Product & Planning teams in order to guide the execution and the on-time delivery of Product launches, Marketing Campaign projects roadmap projects, with a continuous alignment with all the stakeholders keeping alignment with strategy, commitments and goals of the Business Team and Product Leadership Teams**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:
**Stakeholder Alignment**:

- Align with relevant stakeholder to keep the whole Product team on track with product launches, marketing campaign and business requests;
- Drive the conversation with IT Engagement Managers, Merchandisers, planners, catalogue specialists, creative hub and other relevant stakeholders in order to define the correct schedule of each activities;
- Be the reference point with product team, IT team and digital team for what concern the product launches and marketing campaign;

**Plan Activities**
- Define stakeholders and project tasks for the product side to create a solid execution plan (GANTT);
- Manage project updates and track deliverables;

**Monitoring**
- Monitor and constantly report on project progresses, highlighting risks and preventing potential threads;
- Coordinate internal resources in accordance with Team Leaders and third parties / vendors in accordance to guarantee a seamless execution;

**Documentation Delivery**
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- Proven Project Management methodology, experience in ensure project results to contribute positive business value and meet agreed-upon scope, schedule and quality objectives;
- Used to work in multinational environment;
- Ability to interact with multiple groups to gather information and gain consensus on goals;
- Superior prioritizing, and time-management skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Digital Commerce specific experience (navigation, user experience, e-commerce principles);
- Team working skills;
- Ability to motivate people;
- Management and diplomacy skills;
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Knowledge of PLM PIM tools is a plus
