Willing to prove yourself in the most dynamic, strategic, and eclectic area in Sidel? We are looking for a sustainability expert to join our team in Parma, who will bring passion for this topic, a little creativity and a lot of good ideas to create awareness and enthusiasm in Sidel around Environmental and Social activities.

**Your Mission**:
Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Support the team in being up to date with sustainability-related pledges and initiatives, upcoming regulations, customer targets and strategies, competitive moves, innovations
- Lead training materials creation (interface with agencies, scout for new ones) and deployment (face to face and virtual training organization) including engagement strategy
- Coordinate face to face sustainability events at sites, collaborate with wider events organization (e.g. family day) ensuring leading Sustainability topic presence.
- Support executing "A Sustainable Sidel" strategy by helping to coordinate specific image-building projects and related internal and external communication.
- Lead and drive annual ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) reporting in line with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and TLG policy, procedure and manual; define related internal and external communication
