**_Who we are looking for_**

**Purpose**
- We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant in the Secretarial Pool to join and support the Global Finance team, reporting to the Global Finance Assistants Coordinator, acting as trusted maker, taking care of communication with key internal and external stakeholders and working cooperatively with the whole team to help progressing towards its priorities.

**Main Responsibilities**
- The person will:

- Act as point of reference to facilitate the internal and external communication;
- Enhance quick and effective communication and information sharing across the Finance Community, leveraging digital tools to set and monitor recurring Meetings and Calls and manage common repositories and project material;
- Gather inputs from Group CFO, in coordination with the Global Finance Assistants Coordinator, on specific initiatives and liaise with the right reference person to ensure proper follow up; monitor ongoing initiatives and ensure deadlines and expectations are met;
- Lead specific project initiatives and work cooperatively with other team members to make things happen;
- Ensure that administrative tasks are run efficiently and effectively, according to company procedures and policies, using SAP/Dikesi;
- Ensure budget monitoring through internal budget trackers files and costs control;
- Travel management and travel booking including expenses reimbursement supporting the team.

**Experience Required**
- Previous working experience is nice to have but not mandatory

**Education**
- Academic background, bachelor

**Languages**
- Fluent iItalian and English

**Technical Skills**
- Excellent office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc )
