Per nostro cliente CBRE GWS, cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di Technical Planner.

La figura sarà basata a Rubiera e si occuperà di:

- Coordinare un gruppo di tecnici operanti sul territorio di riferimento
- Declinare operativamente i piani di manutenzione programmata degli impianti ricevuti attraverso la redazione dei programmi di lavoro individuali (giornalieri, settimanali, plurisettimanali);
- Assegnare i ticket d'intervento non programmati con valutazione del grado di priorità (contrattuale ed extra-contrattuale) e dei profili professionali delle risorse a disposizione;
- Supportare ai tecnici operanti sul territorio di riferimento in relazione alle necessità non programmabili di carattere tecnico o materiale;
- Verificare il completamento delle attività esecutive programmate ed assegnate;
- Pianificare le ferie ed autorizzazione di prestazioni lavorative straordinarie.
- Assegnare le attività tecniche a fornitori esterni di servizi.
