Job description

Patent Engineer or Patent Attorney, with preferred background in Electronics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor physics and engineering or comparable.
Working closely with R&D for tracking and reviewing running projects so as to methodically detect, identify and extract technical solutions and successfully capture valuable innovation to be protected through registered IPRs;
Ensuring patent filings of high quality on commercially significant inventions by working with R&D, Business Units and Sales Regions;
Driving and supervising sub-contracting IP Firms for conducting subsequent patent prosecution and performing periodical strategic review and filtering of the patent portfolio.
Training on IP Laws and practice will be provided, through internal coaching and attendance to external IP-related courses at need.
Business fluent in English; proactive communication skills are mandatory.

Profile

Master in Electronics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor physics and engineering or comparable.
Very good knowledge of IP Laws.
Few years experienced as in-house attorney either in a Company or in a IP Firms.
Preferable experience in drafting, prosecuting and managing patent portfolio.
Advanced communication skills.
Team working attitude.
