**Job Description**:
You will be part of a team of engaged, diverse, professional colleagues who have the responsibility for driving mutual category and business growth in the South Europe region, with focus on Italy, working on Petcare Media and Portfolio Strategies.

The role entails plenty of projects and responsibility, varied tasks and broad exposure in the organization. To be successful in this, we are looking for someone energetic, passionate, curious about the petcare world who can thrive in portfolio management, media management & market analysis.Location: Milan

Master Degree (completed or on going)
Both English and Italian proficiency required

What will be your key responsibilities?

Supporting Portfolio Managers in developing and managing PETCARE SE strategic vision through effective portfolio assortment and media activity
Performing ad-hoc analyses through the use of internal systems, sales and brand data: sell-in/sell-out analysis to understand brand performance, opportunities of portfolio and support the brand manager to “transform them into clear insights and actions”
- Assess actual portfolio ( performance and value creation level) and evaluate actions to better improve the shape: accountable for SKU list - including portfolio complexity (number of items, NSV/per item), channel specific items (SPT, LAR, Ecomm etc), innovation/renovation program
- Support in the preparation of Trade Story, launch presentation, customer presentation, internal presentation
- Support in the localization of artworks for launches/relaunches and media content, following the Brand Media Plan
- Support in the creation of local specific Bran activation ( discounts/ micro influencer/ sponsor) directly referring to external agencies
- Attend and be the presenter of specific topic in relevant call as Regional call / SE call / PMR / Roadshow
