**Job Description and Requirements**
**Regional Sales Manager**
We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales for Software Integrity Group (SIG) Business Unit at Synopsys covering Italy.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
The goal for this position is to close new multiyear enterprise agreements selling SIG software and services and in so doing to meet or exceed the quarterly and annual sales plans.
The role requires travel to client locations in Italy and other parts of Europe primarily and will be reporting to the country manager in Italy.
**Experience Required**:
- Strong skills and experience in solution selling of broad product and services portfolio in complex customer environments.
- Minimum of five years’ enterprise software sales experience
- Proven track record of overachieving their annual sales plan
- Experience in selling to Defense, Government and Financial verticals would be an advantage
- Proven track record of closing complex six-or-seven figure agreements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience of selling tools in the domain of AppSec, CI/CD, DevSecOps and automation would be an advantage**Qualifications**:
- Degree or equivalent Education
