Reporting to the Industrialization Senior Manager the job holder will be accountable for:
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- To support Industrialization Senior Manager in case of pre-feasibility study of project/process (risk evaluation)
- To analyze and evaluate the feasibility of new formulations, in cooperation with R&D and Tech Transfer Dept, or new processes/formats for an existing txt
- To plan and perform industrial trials for feasibility verification, by providing feedback to Sales/PM teams (customer brief) or to MKTG team (internal brief)
- To create technical reports and adjust or implement “draft filling/pouring technique”, as the result of industrial trials.
- To support Industrialization Team for tools conception and development
- To plan and perform pre-production, in compliance with the expected quality and time, according to customer requirements
- To provide technical documents and pre-production samples to Quality Team, for the next in process inspection.
- To create defect range board, according to internal AQL (Acceptable Quality Limits)
- To interface with external suppliers involved in the various project activities, in order to ensure compliance with established methods and times.
- To work closely with Production Department and cross-functional Teams related to product development (Project Manager, Supply chain, Innovation, R&D formulations, R&D packaging, Tech Transfer, Quality)

**Skills required**:

- Preferred education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent education, in case of lower education a long working experience in a similar job will be required
- Good knowledge of cosmetic products
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes/industry practices
- Good written and spoken English, an additional language will be a plus
- IT knowledge: SOP, IT tools expertise, Office pack
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
