**What your challenges will be**:

- Provide high-quality customer service to our European clients.

Respond to external customers inquiries with timely and accurate information.

Cooperate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customers’ requests.

Sustainably grow your knowledge about our products and services.

Work with various communication channels and navigate through various system platforms.

**Your profile**:

- Very good command of English language.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and develop.

Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills.

Good attention to details.

Ability to work in a team.

Active in the late hours with desire to work night shifts and have a lot of free time during the day.
