As an integral member of our Finance team, the **Accountant** plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various financial processes.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of general ledger entries, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
- Support regular reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data.
- Support accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment disbursement.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and receipt of payments.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and monitor budgets.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and its continuous optimization
**Qualifications** MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**:
- Bilingual or full-proficiency (C1 level) of both English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in finance software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience as an Accountant, showcasing a solid understanding of accounting principles.
