Equipment & Maintenance Engineering Specialist

The Equipment & Maintenance Engineering Specialist is fully responsible for the implementation of new equipment and the maintenance of existing equipment

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Follow the work of external companies such as ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and installation of new machines
- Drafting specifications, reviewing technical offers and following tenders as a technical contact in collaboration with the central sourcing team and maintenance and plant colleagues of the plant
- Issue orders to supplier companies, manage and oversee that the construction of the contracted works takes place within the agreed times and start the payment procedure at the end of the works
- Make sure that all documentation and work permits are in order: EHS documentation, DUVRI, work at height permits, security entry permits, etc.
- Fire Officer and Responsibility for the emergency team of the plant and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of fire-fighting systems (fire-fighting pumping system motor pump, fire extinguishers, REI doors, safety doors, etc.)

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- Significant experience in Maintenance and Equipment process
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Project, computerized maintenance management system, SAP)
- Work Visa in accordance with local regulation
- Italian Fluency & English Proficiency
