**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Demand & Order Management**

Support the S&OP process by maintaining the forecast data by customer/item in the ERP and interact with scheduler for the preparation of the bi-weekly call.

**Customer Service & Order Management**

Job Holder is responsible for the daily communication with customers in order to provide them with an update on order executions, issues, and discuss any request they may have.

All customer needs are filtered and discussed with the relevant part of the internal organization.

Assist the line manager and the sales force in the sales activity to ensure that a correct flow of information is available prior to receiving and executing orders.

Provide assistance to the customers for all the needs related to complaints and or queries related to the product and maintain an adequate working relationship with the QA department for the management of all these exceptions.

Ensure the order management process is completed within appropriate timeline and in respect to the internal standard procedure, as well as customer procedures in place.

Support to the line manager, for the measurement of the service level, in line with Company standards and provide feedback of this result to the people involved.

**Filing**

Incumbent is responsible to ensure that the orders are executed, and that the orders completed are properly filed following the existing procedures.

**Logistics & Distribution**

Maintain necessary relationship with internal logistics and external partners (warehouses or freight providers) in order to ensure the order management process is successful and in line with customer expectations and our objectives.

**Customer Master - Pricing list - Promotions**

The incumbent is in charge of the maintenance and development of item masters as well as price list.

For this role he/she will need to acquire relevant information from the various sources, ensure this information is correct and approved and set up in the system, directly, or with the support of the THS team.

**Reception**

The job holder is responsible to ensure the reception area is always tidy and clean and all the necessary materials required to receive and register visitors and guests are available.

All visitors, vendors, drivers etc, entering the premises report to reception and these must be registered and provided with a badge.

Receptionist must ensure the following tasks be completed
- Ensure general site rules are signed and respected by drivers and vendors moving in the yard
- Welcome and register visitors when arriving
- Manage container locking/seal procedure
- Manage raw material incoming and registration as per procedure
- Support sampling process and express couriers booking and registration
- Receive and despatch mail/parcels to appropriate addressee

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Skills in managing interpersonal relationships and excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and negotiation, as well as an adequate level of autonomy in work.
- Ability to operate under pressure and in the presence of tight deadlines and ensure extreme confidentiality.
- Management of priorities, strong organizational skills, orderly and precise in carrying out the tasks assigned

Familiarity with BPCS and SAP ERP system
- Excellent knowledge of the English language and preferred second language (French or German)
- Ability to use Windows/office PC and related software packages with particular emphasis to excel.
