Research Scientist

Aptuit, an Evotec company, is a worldwide Contract Research Organization, collaborating with all the major Pharma and Biotech companies in support of various drug discovery and development projects. To efficiently support ongoing activities and needs, we are looking for a highly motivated Pilot Plant Technician that ensure technical and operational excellence to API Manufacturing. Experience in a production GMP contest is preferred but not mandatory.

He/she will participate to the achievement of the manufacturing goals ensuring the required quality standard

**Responsibilities**:
Technical / Operationals
- Supports API manufacturing campaigns acting as Pilot Plant and Kilolabo Technician ensuring the required quality standards and timelines.
- Compile batch documentation (BR) following GMP rules.
- Complete batch documentation in a timely manner with no quality critical errors
- Ensure that all the work carried out is performed in a safety and secure manner following all relevant company and local safety procedure.
- Supports equipment cleaning and cleaning verification activities.
- Maintenance and timely reporting of experimental notebooks.
- Manage raw materials/ intermediates and API batches accordingly with procedures and appropriate quality standards.

Regulatory / Compliance
- Clear understanding of SOPs, cGMPs and policies as necessary to accomplish daily tasks.
- Support quality investigations and/or manufacturing investigations.

Communication
- Open and clear (verbal and written) communication with internal parties
- Listen carefully to other parties and answer appropriately.
- Cooperate proactively with co-workers, team players.
- Willingness to contribute to team activities.
- Demonstrate flexibility in organizing work and priorities.

**Requirements**:

- Chemistry secondary school (perito chimico).
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Commitment and ability to deliver tight deadlines.
- Effective communication, both verbally and in written
- English basic level
