Demand Specialist

**Posizione**:
We are currently looking for a _Demand Specialist _that will mainly ensure:

- Analyze short-, medium
- and long-term demand to ensure master scheduling;
- Long-term capacity monitoring of production lines and inventory;
- Identify and manage material constraints;
- Partecipate in production budget planning;
- Create, monitoring and analyse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to demand and inventory;
- Collaborate with the Business Management and Technology Transfer team to gain insights into market trends;
- Use of historical data and market analysis to develop accurate demand trends;
- Process Safety Stock based on demand trends;
- Inventory analysis;

**Requisiti**:

- Master's Degree in Management Engineering;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Strong analytical skills, business-oriented, client-oriented;
- Professional knowledge of English;
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role in pharmaceutical organizations;
- Great can-do attitude.
