**Posizione**:
As part of the **European E-Commerce Department** we are looking for an **ONLINE MERCHANDISER** who will be based in Italy and will be responsible for ensuring most efficient use of our stock, maximizing revenues and optimizing margin.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- to be able to maximize revenues and optimize margin with smart online merchandising implementation
- to anticipate trends and opportunities in footwear/streetwear market presenting the product the right way to deliver a unique CX, building an aspirational presentation of our product.
- Assure consistency of the product offer presentation
- Supervise and own the online picture procedures made on our internal studios, assuring execution of the collection on time following the brand guidelines. Lead and motivate the studio teams.
- Identify specific opportunities to expand our assortment across sizes or styles among other

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Working with Buying team to review and maximize the product flow following last trends and assumptions, in order to guarantee the best assortment for the web
- Performing assortment analysis, by gender/brand/collection/age; defining web hero products; setting up "suggested" products/style and managing sorting rules on PLP
- Performing in season and end season product analysis (from single items to aggregation by attributes); managing the old merchandise in the web outlet
- Controlling fulfillment locations (stock wh vs stores) and managing stores nodes and priorities on OMS (Radial)
- Supporting the e-commerce team for the whole process of online product availability (photos, prices, descriptions, arrivals, size chart, etc)
- Suggesting and setting the proper markdown, promo campaign, product selection and stock management for all web sites, marketing channels and events
- Visual merchandising on key categories of the website and other channels
- Engaging with E-com Manager for performance analysis and channel marginality
- Competitors analysis - Key word search analysis (core search by month and consequent assortment setting)

**Requisiti**:

**Expertise/SKILLS**
- Knowledge of MS Office (excellent knowledge of Excel is mandatory)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / Power BI
- Language: English fluent (>B1 level)
- Good Communication / Presentation skills
