**The Role**:
We are seeking a **DP Coordinator & Head of Secondary**, who will be leading our Secondary School Department, at the same time ensuring the effective leadership of the Diploma student cohort.
- Have experience as DP Coordinator and a thorough knowledge of the Diploma Programme
- Have experience as Head of Secondary in an international setting
- Be committed to high standards and to taking on responsibility and accountability for the overall quality of teaching and learning within the Diploma Programme
- Manage the smooth daily running of the Secondary School;
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with students, parents and colleagues
- Be willing to collaborate with the Head of School and the Leadership Team to drive forward the school’s strategic vision
- Univerity Degree and Qualified Teacher Status
- English Mother Tongue
- Knowledge of the Italian language could be a distinct advantage
- Hold EU passport or have already obtained the right to be employed in Italy.
- Knowledge and skills in ICT literacy
