**Student Recruiter**

**Rome Business School (RBS) **has been in Rome since **2011 **and a member of **Planeta De Agostini Formaciòn y Universidades**. We are just 1 of 32 Business Schools and universities in many countries around the world, including France, Spain, Colombia, Brazil, Morocco and the United States. At **RBS** we develop young professionals to advance their careers with our 1-year professional level masters. Simply put: we change lives by helping people increase their employability potential.

To increase our students and grow according to our 2023-2027 plan, RBSis searching for a **Student Recruiter **specializing in student recruitment, advising and sales. The student recruiter is responsible for demonstrating our unique value proposition and career advancement protentional of the master to potential students, recruiting as many new students as possible each month to meet our growth goals. We are goal, target and objective oriented more similar to sales or headhunting roles.

The position will report directly to an admissions manager, overseeing student intake. The campus location and onsite work location is in Prati, the city center of Rome. This is not a smart-working, hybrid or remote position.

The position is heavily oriented towards sales skillsets. Applicants should have a good understanding and/or experience of sales roles such as inside sales, B2C or sales representatives. Recruiting and career advising knowledge or experience is considered a plus.

**Main Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential students based on their availability (potential students normally work full time), mostly during mid-day and early evening hours
- Schedule a video call to demonstrate our unique value proposition
- Gather documentation for qualification and increase commitment levels
- Handle excuses and objections often found related to admission decision deadlines
- Complete enrollment process with accuracy and precision
- Collaborate with your team and manager to find solutions to problems related to weekly/monthly goals

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales
- Experience in a start-up, fast paced or dynamic work environment focused on growth
- Strong communication, convincing and control skills
- High emotional intelligence, empathy and interpersonal skills
- High orientation towards services offered and needs of the client
- Very high orientation towards results, goals, objectives, solutions, punctuality and energy
- English C1
- Italian C2 or Spanish C2
- Other languages are a plus

This role is focused on results, performance and excellence. We are looking for top 20% performers for this role. This is fundamentally a sales job, requiring sales skillsets and attitude.

**Working Hours**:Full-Time, on site, in office, 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm shifts

**Smartworking**: This is not a smartworking position

**Office Location**: Via Terenzio 35, 00193 Roma RM

**Contract**: CCNL ANINSEI Level III, short term 6-months to start, renewal based on performance for 3, 6 or 12 months and/or indeterminato.

**Annual Salary**:35k -45k average including monthly commissions related to results as follows:
**Minimum Fixed Salary**: 17k RAL (1.335€ per month)

**Additional Provvigioni (no limit) averaging**: 23k (1.900€ per month for top 50% performers)

Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: a partire da €1.300,00 al mese
