The Global Product Development Junior Specialist will support the Global Product Development Manager in handling Amplifon product portfolio and its lifecycle, being in constant contact with the manufacturers. Will be responsible for the preparation of all the communication material related to the manufacturers' roadmap and coordinating the product launches together with Global Supply Chain, Global Customer Offering, Global Audiological Excellence Teams and the Countries.He/She will take care of projects about Innovation and New Products Introduction.** Main activities and responsibilities**:

- Constantly in contact with manufacturers to get the information on new technologies/HA features;
- Constantly share the relevant information across the Procurement team in order to drive the discussion and negotiation with manufacturers;
- Provide Customer Offering Managers at country level with the relevant information for the preparation of the local launch;
- Coordinate the Global Master Data Team on SKUs to be included in Amplifon portfolio and ensure availability in country according to their launch plan;
- Implement into Amplifon Retail Brand the manufacturers' launch of new products according to the portfolio definition;
- Work in synergy with Quality department

**Who we are looking for**
- University degree required (B&A, marketing, management engineering, electronical engineering)
- Experience in Product management (2-4 years)
- Experience in multi-manufacturers approach
- Experience in international, multicultural and multifunctional environments (optional)
- Experience at corporate level (optional)
- Product management experience
- Project and Program Management experience
- Product launches experience
- English (very fluent); second language is a preference, but not a must
- Proactive, energetic and willing to enlarge own competence through constant learning
- Proven technical skills combined with a strong vision and passion for business
- Strong presentation and meetings management skills
- Able to cope with diverse environment (different cultures; level of capabilities etc)
- Mobile and open to travel
