Il nostro cliente è un’importante azienda immobiliare specializzata nella vendita di immobili di prestigio in tutta Italia.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
Per supportare il potenziamento della sede del cliente, Hays, società leader nella ricerca e selezione del personale, sta ricercando una figura di Senior Architect che riporterà direttamente all’ Head of Design and Project Managers.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
- Contribuire al disegno e costruzione di immobili di lusso (residenziale e hospitality) con una particolare attenzione alle tematiche di sostenibilità ambientale
- Esperienza comprovata in ruoli simili nella progettazione di arredi e preferibile provenienza da aziende di design con una consolidata esperienza nella gestione di progetti luxury
- Buona conoscenza dei vari materiali di costruzione
- Gestione dei tempi e dei costi del progetto e gestione diretta dei Top Clients
- Conoscenza di tools specifici quali AutoCad 2D, SketchUp, Suite Adobe, Pacchetto Office
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia
