Material Planner

We are looking for a **Material Planner** to join our **Technical Office & Planning **function in our HQ located in Piombino Dese (PD).

**Key Responsabilities**
- Issuance to suppliers of purchase orders for production raw materials
- Analysis of stock and lead time situations to avoid stock-out situations of raw materials
- Management of system signals for advances / postponements / cancellations of purchase orders
- Management of ex-works pick-up
- Written and oral communication in English with a foreign supplier
- Management of returns for non-compliant raw materials in collaboration with the other company functions (quality, production, administration)
- Procurement management of sampling for product development projects

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of expediting in the Supply chain area (Planning or Purchasing)
- Good use of ERP management systems (LN Infor, SAP or similar)
- Good use of Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Highly analytical approach in managing daily activities
- Ability to multitask and problem solving in a fast-paced and very flexible environment
