**Le mansioni**:

- Riportando all'E-Commerce Manager, la risorsa è responsabile della gestione dei canali online attraverso il servizio e l'assistenza dei consumatori e-commerce con particolare riferimento ai marketplace e alle flash sales. In stretto contatto con il team Digital Marketing e con le agenzie esterne, la risorsa contribuirà all'obiettivo di conversione ed assistenza per il consumatore omnichannel.

**Il profilo ideale**:

- laurea in materie economiche con specializzazione in ambito E-commerce/Digital costituisce titolo preferenziale
- prima esperienza lavorativa nell'e-commerce e online-marketing
- ottime capacità relazionali e forte spirito di problem solving
- un approccio positivo e flessibilità con grande proattività di lavoro in team
- predisposizione al lavoro di squadra
- capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
- buon uso dei sitemi informatici (Microsoft Office e piattaforme di e-commerce)
- ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, buona conoscenza delle lingue tedesco ed inglese
- residenza/domicilio in provincia di Bolzano, preferibilmente in zona Bolzano
