Il Gruppo Bonera ricerca un **Product Expert - Esperto di Prodotto** per la Concessionaria Mercedes-Benz Bonera di Brescia da inserire nel Team dedicato della sede in un contesto strutturato, giovane e dinamico.

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ**
- Accoglienza del Cliente e spiegazione approfondita delle informazioni tecniche e specifiche della vettura desiderata;
- Proposta e svolgimento del test drive per assicurare un’esperienza di guida ottimale e soddisfacente;
- Organizzazione e gestione della consegna della vettura per assicurare un servizio di qualità ed una eccellente Customer Experience al Cliente;
- Organizzazione e gestione della logística di allestimento dello showroom;
- Trasmettere e creare nel Cliente una passione per il marchio Mercedes-Benz ed i relativi prodotti;
- Sviluppare le attività di business e di networking al fine di incrementare l’attività commerciale.

- Passione per il settore automotive;
- Forte orientamento al Cliente e ottima empatia;
- Ottime doti comunicative e di gestione del tempo;
- Forte motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Capacità di gestire lo stress e la velocità richiesta dal settore automotive.

**CARATTERISTICHE RICHIESTE**
- Uomo o Donna preferibilmente con breve esperienza in ruoli commerciali nel settore automotive;
- Diploma di scuola superiore;
- Ottima conoscenza delle nuove tecnologie e di sistemi informatici;
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali Social Network;
- Patente di guida B.
