**Job brief**:
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a challenging sales cycle environment.

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

**Inside Sales Job Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities

**Inside Sales Qualifications / Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to building relationship with customers\prospect and internal Team
- Customer Focus
- Technical understanding of the compressor system

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration
- 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience, preferred a provenience from compressor system business.

Familiarity with office software and phone systems
