**We are looking for**:
We are currently looking for a Chemical Researcher to join our team in the site of Ospiate di Bollate, Italy.

**We count on you for**:
Within the R&;D Team, the resource will be involved in a research project on the organic synthesis of surfactants with low environmental impact, carrying out the synthesis, characterization and a fine-tuning of the process.

In detail she/he will deal with:

- New purification processes development;
- Development and parameterization of new synthesis processes;
- Analytical characterization of the prepared prototypes;
- Study of the existing literature and patents

**You will bring**:

- Master degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or similar. A Chemistry Bachelor, with a thesis related to the role will be taken into consideration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of the French language will be a plus.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
