**Di cosa ti occuperai?**

Responsabilità dell’Implementation Consultant WSMS:

- Implementare la soluzione gestionale WSMS secondo processi standardizzati Bosch nel mercato Italia
- Migliorare l’efficienza dei processi nelle Officine Bosch Car Service assicurando la massima soddisfazione del Cliente
- In particolare, le attività previste sono:

- Essere il punto di riferimento per il Cliente durante l’installazione del software gestionale
- Validare i requisiti di sistema, gestire le richieste del Cliente, supportare la fase di pre e post go-live accompagnando il Cliente durante l’implementazione della soluzione WSMS
- Configurare la soluzione WSMS secondo le linee guida
- Effettuare formazione on-site e da remoto
- Gestire la migrazione dati dal sistema precedente alla soluzione WSMS
- Contribuire al miglioramento continuo degli strumenti e delle linee guida centrali
- Mappare i processi di officina e personalizzare il setup della soluzione WSMS in base alle esigenze del Cliente
- Identificare le necessità del Cliente trasformandole in potenziali miglioramenti della soluzione WSMS

Qualifiche
**Cosa ti contraddistingue?**
- Madrelingua italiano
- Esperienza nel settore automotive, in particolare nel mondo IAM
- Conoscenza dei processi di officina
- Conoscenza delle soluzioni gestionali per l’officina
- Esperienza nella moderazione e conduzione di attività di formazione
- Comprovata esperienza di almeno 5 anni con soluzioni gestionali ERP
- Standing professionale e attitudine a creare un clima collaborativo con i Clienti (Officine Indipendenti)
- Fortemente orientato al Cliente, affidabile e capace di ispirare il cambiamento
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Atteggiamento pragmatico
- Flessibilità e adattabilità
