Colnago is looking for a Customer Care manager with passion towards new technologies to support the marketing team in creating the most advanced customer care service of the cycling industry.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will work within the **marketing team** and have the role of **customer care manager**.

In this role you will have to:

- Assist B2C customers during their website purchase experience.
- Create regular reports about the main attention areas of customer service.
- Help populate the knowledge database of the Company.
- Help implement the Conversational AI infrastructure that will support the customer care team in the relation with customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A fluent written English is mandatory
- Knowledge of the main CRM platforms (Hubspot is a plus)
- Knowledge of road bicycles (cycling experiences or previous jobs in the industry are a plus)
- Great empathy and communication skills
- Humility and curiosity
- Precision, and organisational skills needed in a fast-evolving environment
- Good knowledge of Italian
- Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus, for example Spanish, French and German

**ANNUAL SALARY**

Contract details and remuneration will be commensurate with actual skills and experience.
