We are looking for a Site Buyer like you

Our client is a multinational pharma company, global leader in pain management.

Your role purposes

You will execute transactional procurement activities on a global level assuring compliance, transparency and accuracy while providing a world class purchasing experience, based on a smart, lean and customer focused global process. You will support the Site Business Partner for site related (tactical) procurement activities for the assigned areas.

Your activities and responsibilities
- Provide procurement support, focusing on operational transactional procurement activities
- Manage tactical procurement activities for the assigned categories/spend areas with the support of the line manager (executes RFQs, negotiations )
- Ensure requirements are processed complying with global policies and ensure close relation with Global Procurement
- Provide Supplier Enablement Services such as Preferred Vendors Admin Supplier Training and Operational Supplier Management
- Provides Stakeholder & Key User Services mainly for site specific topics, End User Training & Support, System Testings, aligned with the Global Procurement Center
- Register prices for production materials in Sinity ( APIs, Excipients and Packaging ) and include them in the Info Record and Book in SAP
- Execute Purchase To Pay P2P assigned activities such as Quality-check on PR, Purchase Order Generation, Purchase Order Monitoring, Tracking of Goods & Services assuring on time processing and accurate information for in general production related materials
- If required supports & participates in the Vendor Creation & Maintenance Process

**Requirements**:

- Relevant practical experience with at least 2 year in a comparable role in a state-of-the-art procurement organization
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM
- Advance level of English (C1/C2)
- Master Degree in Economics, Foreign Languages or comparable
- Good communication and analytical skills, customer and business focus
