Further product enhancements, the stunning location, young and talented Colleagues inspired by enthusiastic leaders, MOHG culture, level of standards, sensible approach to sustainability, and innovation will enable us to attract always more high-end expert travelers, becoming leaders in the market also for exclusive private events, consequently increasing steadily ADR and profitability.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the wine list is continuously updated about trends, focusing on Italian and local products and labels
- Serve all beverage orders in a professional manner, using the correct equipment and following the proper procedures
- Be able to recommend wine to guests according to the requirements
- Take beverage orders promoting up-selling techniques
- Advise and train the service team for what concerns all aspects of the beverage service
- Ensure that all wine lists are updated and maintain an accurate sales record of wines and spirits
- Control the stock levels of all beverage items
- Assist with the service of food if and when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience in a fine-dining restaurant, preferably in a 5-star luxury resort/hotel
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, with good customer-service skills
