Cost Controlling Specialist

**Marelli Aftermarket is looking for a Cost Controlling Specialist to join the Finance Team. He/She will report directly to the Italy Finance Manager and will be based in Corbetta (Milan).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting check (by cost center or internal order) and corrective actions
- Monthly accrual determinations and booking in SAP
- Reporting package upload for the Legal Entity (actual and planning scenarios)
- SAP CO-PA monthly management: accruals, launches, cycles and parameters maintaining and PA reporting
- Periodic Contribution Margin analysis by products / customers / markets (e.g. Italy, Export...)
- Specific projects or new Initiatives Profitability forecasting
- Variance analysis towards forecast or previous years
- Profitability analysis presentations to Market Manager
- Budget, forecast, Business Plan and rolling forecast
- Reports and ad hoc presentations creations

**Requirements**:

- Master degree in Business Administration or Economics or a comparable degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in a multinational company
- Proficient use of Office package tools (Excel in particular) and familiarity with the management of large databases
- Knowledge of SAP or other integrated ERP as a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Soft skills: strong analytical and organizational skills, attitude to work under pressure and meet deadlines, critical thinking and mental flexibility. Methodical, proactive and curious approach. Ability to relate with other functions or external stakeholders, organizational sensitivity.
