**Descrizione**: Per un Gruppo bancario ricerchiamo un
**HR Business Partner**.
L'HR Business Partner avrà la responsabilità di:

- gestire il processo di recruiting, strutturando le ricerche attraverso i canali aziendali dedicati e le interviste di selezione, oltre che rapportandosi con le Agenzie per il lavoro, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali;
- gestire gli aspetti contrattuali e curare la fase di onboarding;
- collaborare con i responsabili delle diverse unità organizzative per garantire adeguato supporto al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business sotto tutti gli aspetti di gestione del personale;
- applicare le norme contrattuali e le procedure aziendali in tema HR e organizzazione;
- curare gli aspetti documentali relativi alle proprie aree di competenza;
- partecipare alle attività della funzione HR (organizzazione del lavoro, procedimenti disciplinari, relazioni sindacali, formazione, comp&ben, valutazione delle prestazioni, comunicazione interna);
- contribuire all’interno della funzione HR allo sviluppo e miglioramento continuo dei processi e delle policy HR.

Si Richiede:

- laurea in discipline economiche o umanistiche;
- almeno 7 anni di esperienza maturati preferibilmente in contesti caratterizzati da una forte spinta tecnologica o in realtà bancarie;
- buona conoscenza della normativa giuslavoristica;
- flessibilità, proattività e capacità relazionali.
