**Il ruolo**:

- Si occupa direttamente di sviluppo e/o validazione di modelli gestionali, regolamentari o contabili (scorecards, AIRB, IFRS9, ESG)
- Fornisce servizi di consulenza relativi all'evoluzione del quadro normativo principalmente sul rischio di credito: dalla value proposition fino al project management & delivery (preparazione e presentazione dei documenti)
- Supporta ruoli senior & market nello sviluppo del business (attività pre-post vendita);
- Almeno 3/4 anni di esperienza in ruoli focalizzati sul cliente o all’interno di realtà Bancarie / Finanziarie con competenze in ambito sviluppo e convalida modelli per la gestione del credito
- Esperienza e conoscenza del mondo bancario/finanziario e dei prodotti correlati
- La conoscenza degli strumenti di programmazione: SAS, Stata, Python è considerata requisito di base
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese o del francese o dell’arabo
- Ottime capacità relazionali, capacità comunicative, orientate al cliente, attitudine al problem solving, motivazione e attitudine al lavoro di squadra
- Attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali, determinato, autonomo, orientato al risultato

**Esperienza analitica in almeno una di queste aree**:

- Sviluppo/ Convalida di Modelli PD
- Sviluppo/ Convalida di Modelli LGD
- Sviluppo/ Convalida di Modelli EAD
- Stress Testing
- Sviluppio di modelli econometrici

Sono considerate un plus esperienze in ambito:

- RWA Optimization & Capital Management
- ICAP/ILAAP
- ESG
- Rischi di primo pilastro
- Esperienza nel mondo insurance
- Esperienza nel mondo telco&utilities
