Stiamo cercando un **Learning and Development Assistant** per il nostro Quartier Generale a Basiano (MI).

Offriamo un inserimento in **stage**.

LE TUE SFIDE:

- Gestire l'erogazione dei processi dell'employee lifecycle assicurando che tutti si sentano supportati
- Utilizzo di strumenti digitali come MS Planner, MS Project e MS Excel per una pianificazione efficiente delle attività
- Analisi e report sulle esigenze di team Learning and Development utilizzando moduli digitali
- Assistenza nella progettazione di alto livello di programmi di apprendimento, progetti, corsi e moduli
- Gestione e rendicontazione dei dati L&D secondo il piano annuale

CHI SEI:

- Hai una laurea in gestione delle risorse umane, economia o ingegneria gestionale
- Hai le basi e conosci gli strumenti di gestione del progetto - dai grafici di Gantt ai piani di lavoro.
- Inglese? Lo parli molto bene.
