**Internship SFE (M/F)**

Our Business Strategy & Operations Department is seeking for a change enthusiast **Sales Force Effectiveness Internship**. According to the strategic priorities, this person under the supervision of a senior SFE Advisor, will assure to enhance Field force effectiveness, managing commercial processes and support commercial organization in aiming performance excellence. He/She will also provide the Field Force with data, insight, expertise and efficiency needed to achieve performance excellence and exceptional customer experience.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Become well known point of reference for the Sales & Marketing functions and accountable for communication and implementation of the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) processes and related roadmaps.
- Build and guarantee a good level of partnership with SFE’s stakeholders and a cross-functional collaboration, to deliver impactful analysis and solutions in order to facilitate business decisions.
- Support commercial functions in the development of the Integrated Brand Plan providing the analysis required and recommendation in order to build strategies, set objectives and define KPIs
- Manage the Segmentation & Targeting (S&T) process to improve knowledge of our customers, develop customized value proposition and improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Support the Management to define future new sales and access organization (sizing, design and deployment). Provide insight and review of current sales structures to better support our business needs.
- Define a call plan in line with business priorities, analyzing different scenarios and providing the best solution proposal that fits the context, promoting a multi-channel cycle plan (MCCP) implementation
- Develop reports and ad hoc analysis to support Sales & Marketing teams on the Effectiveness. Review impact of sales force activities through proper measurements and monitoring KPIs.
- Support the new Global BI and Advanced Analytics Tool implementation and support the global projects implementation.
- Provide the Sales Manager with analysis and models to define and validate the sales goal deployment and then its tracking.
- Lead the Sales Incentives Process: design scheme, validate and communicate the BU Incentive Scheme.
- Guarantee the right prize calculation, in compliance with the PH guidelines and company auditing outcomes.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economy, Management Engineer or related fields
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Knowledge of BI and Data frameworks and tools (MS office, tableau, Python,)
- Project management and change management attitude in cross-functional context
- Approach and vision for effective decision-making based on data related to the Field Force
- Team spirit, ‘can do’ attitude and pragmatism
- Curious, dynamic and proactive person is preferred
- Fluent in Italian and English
