- leading commercial Concrete Contractor specializing in delivering quality cast-in-place concrete work in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Datacenter, Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution markets. Based on current and projected growth in the Southeast region, they are seeking a Project Executive / Operations Manager to provide oversight of project teams on construction of commercial building projects out of either their Tampa or Naples, FL office location. **Requirements**:

- 7+ years experience managing commercial concrete construction projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $30M- Experience leading multiple commercial building project teams simultaneously
- Business Development aptitude
- Driving to deliver profitable projects through management of project teams
- Reliable and Team Player
