Nello specifico:

- Supporta la creazione e l’ottimizzazione di campagne di digital marketing, monitorandone l’andamento e curando in particolare gli aspetti di _lead acquisition _e _lead nurturing_.
- Supporta le attività di Public Relations, in collaborazione con il Customer Experience Manager, per lo sviluppo dei comunicati stampa e la programmazione delle relative uscite.
- Collaborerà nell’ambito della Comunicazione Istituzionale, insieme alle varie figure aziendali preposte e con la supervisione del Customer Experience Manager, per portare online le news interne raccontandole attraverso dinamiche di story-telling attraverso social o comunicati stampa, in base alla strategia di comunicazione condivisa,
- Collaborerà nell’ambito della Comunicazione Interna, attraverso la gestione della newsletter aziendale o di altri tools e canali che saranno creati allo scopo di creare coinvolgimento ed assicurare un’informazione puntuale ai collaboratori. Potrà supportare i colleghi delle altre funzioni nella messa a punto di news e/o iniziative collegate alla Comunicazione Interna.
- Monitora e analizza i principali KPI legati alla comunicazione, sia online che offline, redige i relativi report e propone proattivamente strategie volte ad ottimizzare i risultati.
- Elabora il _copy_ - in ottica SEO - e le grafiche per le comunicazioni sui principali touchpoint online, come il sito istituzionale e il blog, sia in italiano che inglese, ed, in collaborazione con il Digital Product Specialist, il sito di assistenza per pazienti e personale sanitario.
- Gestisce l’analisi del Social Listening attraverso aziende partner, monitorando i principali blog, siti dei competitor per creare report ad hoc sull’andamento del settore e comunica tempestivamente eventuali novità.

**Requisiti**:Titolo di studio: laurea ad indirizzo economico-marketing-communication. Non è richiesta un’esperienza lavorativa pregressa.
