**YOUR TASKS**

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team with the following responsibilities:

- Processes the offers requested by customers indicating quantity, type of product, price, product coding etc. and take care of evolution of the offers
- Manage the entire order process, issues pro forma invoices, offers and order confirmation
- Manage operations relating to letters of credit in compliance with company procedures
- Check availability of products, delivery times and priorities with the production department
- Gather all necessary documents for export operations according to internal company procedures in compliance with laws, regulations and provisions relating to foreign trade
- Prepare export procedure by collecting correspondence and instructions to shippers in compliance with tax regulations
- Manage the issue of credit and debit notes for returned goods or any price differences and veriifies the attached documentation and authorization notes

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Profund experience in Customer Service and Export of a manufacturing company
- Good English and Italian communication skills both verbal and written
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in SAP
- Strong communication and teamwork skills and a customer and service-oriented attitude
