Facility Maintenance Supervisor

**Take ownership of continuous improvements**

In this role, you will be responsible for facility maintenance: cranes, electrical plant (MT/BT), compressed air, heating and cooling systems, gas distribution, digital system. You will analyze the cause of malfunctions, failure modes and repetitive issues on plant asset.

As a Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and verifying the work of external contractors.
- Analyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions.
- Liaising with production and all functions colleagues, dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Reading equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID, hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults.
- Understanding thermographic method
- Understanding PLCs and ISO language programs, automation system, CNC.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a Mechatronics, Electronics or Electrical Technical Diploma
- Have proven experience in a similar role
- Be fluent in Italian, English knowledge is also preferred
- Be eligible to work in EU
- Be willing to work shifts - Day Shift, Evening Shift and Nightshift.
