**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze production demands and translate them into actionable plan.
- Manage capacity overview (materials and labour) to ensure production fulfill and project schedule.
- Monitor and adjust deviations from the production plan in collaboration with production management.
- Prepare detailed planning in the ERP, allocate resources, manage inventory levels, and resolve any issues affecting efficiency or delivery.
- Conduct early analysis for order confirmations and provide work-in-progress reporting.
- Ensure alignment with plant-level conditions and check resource availability for production feasibility.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to create and optimize production schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to production challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and systems.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
