Allocation and recording of invoices (with and without Purchase Order)
Control of Expense reports
Control and reconciliations of ledger accounts
Management of payment requests
Control of suppliers master data changes
Registration of payments upon closure of each transitional account
Managing payment reminders from suppliers
Activities of month-end and year-end reporting for the Group

Profilo

A degree and analytical skills.
Alternatively, previous experience in an accounts payable role is also ideal.
Knowledge of excel and Microsoft windows. Knowledge of NetSuite would be desirable.
A strong attention to detail.
To have an enthusiastic, motivated and a committed ‘can do’ attitude.
To be able to communicate with colleagues and external people at all levels of seniority.
To be trustworthy, reliable, team player who can work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
